F24 Switzerland AG holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security. The annual audit by The British Standards Institution (BSI) ensures that F24 AG and its subsidiaries will continue to comply with the international standard in the future. A comprehensive recertification is also conducted every three years.

Our systems are located in Switzerland. They are housed in two state-of-the-art, independent data centers operated by Equinix in the greater Zurich area. Equinix supports the following standards in Switzerland: ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001:2015. We are also proud holders of the “swiss made software” and “swiss digital services” labels.

Data Protection Laws in Switzerland and Europe
F24 Schweiz AG complies with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) effective September 1, 2023. Furthermore, we have been compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) since May 25, 2018. We thereby meet the highest global standards and strictest guidelines regarding the protection of customer and personal data.
Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
To ensure compliance with data protection regulations when providing services with partner companies, we enter into appropriate data processing agreements with all data processors. Furthermore, all our partners who have access to sensitive data for the purpose of collaboration are bound by confidentiality agreements. eCall Business-Business customers can enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at any time (also known as a Data Processing Agreement or DPA, etc.). Technical and organizational measures (TOMs)
To ensure data protection and information security, F24 Switzerland AG defines technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. These include measures for confidentiality, integrity, and availability/resilience, as well as procedures for regular review, assessment, and evaluation.
Penetration Tests
We have our systems and infrastructure tested annually by the renowned external firm SySS GmbH from Tübingen, Germany which specializes in penetration testing. We address any weaknesses discovered promptly and with lasting solutions.
System Availability and Customer Service
eCall’s system availability is > 99.9%. In addition, our technical team in Wollerau provides fast, personalized, and expert support during business hours in German, English, Italian, and French. Furthermore, we offer a Premium Service Level Agreement (SLA) for 24/7 support 365 days a year with a response time of 1 hour.
