Sending faxes directly from SAP with eCall Messaging

The documents from SAP are sent as e-mail attachments and the recipient number is defined in the e-mail address. eCall takes the data and sends it to the recipient.

Of course, the system also transmits the corresponding dispatch and receipt confirmations for each communication.

Cloud Fax Gateway

The eCall Fax Gateway from the cloud, is operated in two independent Swiss data centers. This allows us to guarantee high availability. In addition, sensitive, confidential or personal data should be protected against theft, manipulation and espionage at all costs. The security of the data centers is also particularly important in connection with the connection to SAP Fax as eCall’s standard product.
