Access via fax

With eCall you can send and receive fax messages very easily.
You can send a fax either with your internet browser, via e-mail, SMS or via a technical interface.

The system converts documents (e.g. Word, Excel, PDF,…) fully automatically and sends them to a fax machine.
If you receive a fax reply, you can read it directly in your eCall account or have it forwarded as a PDF to your e-mail address.

To receive faxes, you need your own fax number, which you can rent from us. eCall is available worldwide.
You can also receive and answer fax messages during your holidays. Alternatively, you can redirect your existing number to eCall.
This allows you to continue using your old fax number without a fax machine.
