eCall is integrated into the HIN platform for the secure and privacy-compliant exchange of electronic information. Your data is completely encrypted and cannot be read or manipulated by third parties.
You can keep your old fax number or use one or more personal fax numbers that we provide.
Overview of our eCall accounts: Prepaid and Business
We offer two different account types. For a low volume of sending and receiving, a prepaid account is recommended.
For larger volumes and individual additional options, a business account is suitable.

To be able to receive fax messages, we offer you the possibility to rent one or more fax numbers with a few clicks. In our online platform you simply select a number and activate it. This will take you less than a minute.
** Keep your old fax number and redirect to eCall
If you already have a fax number and want to keep it, you can simply forward your number to eCall. You can find out how to set up call forwarding from your personal provider Swisscom and Sunrise
